Tom McWilliams joins us from Gallagher Re in Dallas, Texas, where he is a senior broker and Executive Vice President in the Property/Casualty Reinsurance practice, advising companies on all aspects of risk and capital management. Tom has been with Willis Re/Gallagher Re for the past 18 years. Prior to joining Willis Re, Tom spent 25 years with some of the world’s largest Reinsurers in a variety of client facing roles encompassing underwriting, sales, and senior management positions
